This Midwest Network Alliance Policy Manual will assist providers with understanding the terms of participation in the Midwest Network Alliance participation agreements with payers. It sets forth the policies, rules and procedures applicable to be a Midwest Network Alliance provider participating in Payor Contracts and other activities.
